Under the existing policy in Indonesia, the actual management and maintenance of Mangrove forests are the responsibility of the government, but in its implementation may involve all parties to be based on the principle of benefit and sustainable. Under certain conditions the government would normally provide Mangrove tree seedlings, and planting is done by those who took the initiative. Furthermore, in general the government will act as a mediator or facilitator, and may allocate funds through established mechanisms, and hopefully the community be able to act as executors of the initiative. Whoever plays the role, the most important thing is to begin to instill awareness of the nature around for all parties.
